10-Year-Old Wins Missing Child Poster Contest

Posted

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said a 10-year-old Nashville boy has won this year's Missing Children's Poster Contest.

The bureau said judges chose Henry Zenor's artwork because of how he demonstrated the theme, "Bring Our Missing Children Home." The TBI said the boy adopted a patriotic theme to his entry, including a portrayal of a single missing child to symbolize the need to never forget missing children across the country.

Henry is a 5th grader at Christ the King School in Nashville. His entry has been submitted to the U.S. Department of Justice's national poster contest.

The national winner will win a trip with his or her parents to Washington to participate in the ceremony, as well as a certificate and a U.S. savings bond.
