Deputies with the Davidson County Sheriff's Office paid their respects to some American heroes.
They took part in the "Wreaths Across America" ceremony Saturday at the Nashville National Cemetery.
Officers and staff members took a minute to pay their respects to fallen U.S. Veterans. Similar events took place all across the country.
"Wreaths Across America" is a non-profit organization that has been laying wreaths in national cemeteries since 1992.
