A remote diagnostics system was able to lead authorities to a Cadillac SUV that had been stolen from Nashville International Airport.

According to an affidavit from Metro Nashville Police, officers tracked the stolen 2016 white Cadillac Escalade thanks to Onstar.

Investigators said Michael Snyder was found in the vehicle not far from the airport at a home on Percy Priest Drive.

Snyder allegedly stole the SUV from an airport lot, and was reportedly found armed with a loaded revolver in his waistband.

Police said he also had a bundle of lock picking tools in his pocket.

Digital scales, marijuana, and a baggie full of yellow pills were found when officers searched the vehicle.

Snyder, a convicted felon, had been wanted on robbery charges out of Illinois. He was charged in Nashville for theft of property.
