Court reconvened on Tuesday in the multi-million dollar lawsuit involving the secret filming of sports reporter Erin Andrews.
Jurors heard opening statements beginning at 9 a.m. inside a Davidson County courtroom.
The popular sports personality has filed a $75 million lawsuit against the Marriott at Vanderbilt University.

Andrews has accused the hotel of allowing her stalker, Michael Barrett, to rent a room next to hers, allowing him quick access to her front door, where he rigged a peephole and videotaped her nude before posting the video online.
Andrews is suing Marriott International for negligence and invasion of privacy for the 2008 incident.
"Common sense tells you, this can't be right,” Andrews’ attorney Randy Kinnard said when talking about hotel releasing information.
Meanwhile, Marc Dedman, an attorney for Marriott International, stated the hotel shouldn’t be blamed for the incident, saying, “This is a story of a serial stalker named Michael Barrett."
Barrett was convicted in 2009 and sentenced to 2 1/2 years in prison.
As Andrews' attorney described the events leading up to the trial, she showed a great deal of emotion, often crying at times and shaking her head.
She has yet to give any public statements, and at this time it is unclear when she will take the stand to testify.
On Tuesday, five witnesses gave their testimony, three by recorded video, and two in the courtroom on the stand. All of the witnesses worked with or were contracted by the Nashville Marriott Hotel at Vanderbilt University.
