Five people have been arrested in connection with a large drug bust in Davidson County.

Officials with Metro Nashville Police said 47 kilos of cocaine - with an estimated street value of $2 million - were seized late Wednesday in the Joelton area.

A weapon was also confiscated in the raid.

Five suspects, identified as Kevin Hernandez, Ricardo Lang, Ruben Vincente, Mauricio Valdez and Luis Vale-Lopez, were arrested on felony drug charges. Their photos were not yet available.

They were each held on a half a million dollar bond.
