Police had been searching for a 29-year-old Christopher Dalton, who they said threatened family members Thursday night with a machete around 9:40 p.m.

Police said Dalton got away after Thursday night's incident, but returned to the home Friday afternoon

The Franklin Police SWAT team entered the home, but found Dalton had, again, gotten away. They caught him a short time later outside a home on, West Meade Boulevard.

Dalton was wanted for Aggravated Assault.
