Prosecutors have planned to the death penalty against the man who shot a Kentucky police officer.
Police said Raleigh Sizemore shot and killed officer Daniel Ellis, and Gregory Ratliff led the officer into the ambush.
Ellis was killed earlier this month while chasing Sizemore, Ratliff, and two other suspects after they robbed a woman.
All four suspects have pleaded not guilty.
