A robbery victim returned gunfire at two robbery suspects after they allegedly fired warning shots.

The incident happened shortly before midnight Tuesday near Hadley Park, located on 31st Avenue North.

Officials with Metro Nashville Police said a man and woman robbed the victims at gunpoint.

As the suspects were running away, they fired warning shots at the victims – hitting one of their cars at least twice.

At that point, police said the victim took at her own gun and fired back. She then drove to a nearby gas station to call for help.

So far, no arrests have been made in the case.
