Search Warrant Leads To Drugs, 9 Arrested

Nine people were arrested in Clarksville after drugs were discovered.

Officials said they executed a search warrant at a property in the 3400 block of Arvin Drive on March 1 and found 22 grams of crack cocaine. Authorities said someone attempted to get rid of it by flushing it down the toilet.

While there, agents also discovered hypodermic needles, digital scales, and bags that indicated they were for the resale of narcotics. Also on the property, authorities said they found a stolen vehicle.

The following nine people were arrested:

  • Marvis Carter, age 36, charged with schedule II possession for resale, tampering with evidence, unlawful drug paraphernalia, and felony theft. Bond set at $125,000.
  • Kyle Race, age 22, charged with schedule II possession for resale, tampering with evidence, unlawful drug paraphernalia, and driving on a revoked or suspended license. Bond was set at $101,000.
  • Steven Kennedy, age 45, charged with schedule II possession for resale, tampering with evidence, and unlawful drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $100,000.
  • Jessica Brown, age 38, charged with schedule II possession for resale, tampering with evidence, and unlawful drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $100,000.
  • Sharlita Richardson, age 43, charged with schedule II possession for resale, tampering with evidence, and unlawful drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $100,000.
  • Darrell Phillips, age 47, charged with schedule II possession for resale, tampering with evidence, and unlawful drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $100,000.
  • Stephanie McIntosh, age 29, charged with schedule II possession for resale, tampering with evidence, and unlawful drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $100,000.
  • Gerald Charlson, age 48, charged with schedule II possession for resale, tampering with evidence, and unlawful drug paraphernalia. Bnd was set at $100,000.
  • Corey Dismukes, age 47, charged with schedule II possession for resale, tampering with evidence, and unlawful drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $100,000.
