A Judge took a bond reduction request for Caleb Cannon under advisement Tuesday.
Cannon is the man accused of killing the mother of his child, Nikki Burgess, back in 2014.
He appeared in court Tuesday, asking that his $750,000 bond be reduced.
Nikki Burgess' body still has not been found. Detectives said they have enough evidence to charge him with first degree murder.
Cannon will be back in court on December 17.
