Police in Smyrna have been searching for a suspect who robbed a jewelry store.
The incident happened around 12:30 p.m. Thursday at Kay’s Jewelry on Industrial Boulevard.
The suspect was armed with a black revolver, and authorities said he was being considered dangerous.
He was described as a light-skinned, black man, standing around 6’ tall. He had a light goatee, thin build, and gold teeth. Reports stated he may be in his late 20’s or early 30’s.
The suspect was wearing glasses, a baseball-style hat with unknown lettering on it, white Nike Jordan tennis shoes, and a white sweat shirt with the word “LIFTED” and the image of a rhino on it.
