A house fire has been under investigation in Murfreesboro after crews responded during the early morning hours.
The fire happened at a home in the 900 block of Temple Court just after 1:30 a.m. Saturday.
Authorities said they found flames showing through the front bedroom window when they arrived at the scene. They were able to get the fire under control quickly.
The residents were displaced. Officials said the exact cause of the fire was unknown.
The investigation remained ongoing with the Fire Marshal's Office.
