The tests were originally going to be taken online, but a network outage forced them to be rescheduled.
The issue happened in early February after Measurement Inc., the company administering the test, experienced a severe network outage.
As a result of the problems, the Tennessee Department of Education ordered the test to be taken on paper, rather than online.
Williamson County was also set to begin this week but so far, has not received their tests.
