A well-known Music Row executive accused of beating up his wife will have his case heard by a grand jury.
According to an affidavit, Tony Brown's wife told police they had an argument over a photo shoot.
That's when the producer allegedly slapped her, pushed her to the floor, and grabbed her by the hair.
His case was bound over to a grand jury on Thursday.
Brown was charged with the same domestic violence charge three years ago, but he entered a program and got his record expunged.
