The man accused of killing the mother of his child, went before a judge again, but a trial date has still not be set for Caleb Cannon.
During a discussion hearing Thursday, lawyers brought up an issue with fingerprints and other forensic evidence that's still not ready in order for the case to move forward.
The judge ordered those be ready by May 20 in time for a status hearing on May 25.
Cannon has been charged with first degree murder in the 2014 disappearance of Nikki Burgess.
Her body has still not been found.
