Donald Trump won the state’s first ever student mock election.
According to Secretary of State Tre Hargett’s Office, 165,968 students from 479 schools in 90 of the state's 95 counties participated.
"I'm thrilled that so many students and teachers from across our great state got behind this project with such passion," said Secretary of State Tre Hargett.
Trump received 53.1 percent of the vote, while Hillary Clinton got 34.3 percent. Check out the full results:
