A third trial surrounding the Vanderbilt rape case has been set to begin.
Beginning Monday, a jury from Memphis will decide whether former football player Brandon Vandenburg raped an unconscious student in a dorm room three years ago.
Co-defendent Cory Batey was found guilty on multiple counts just two months ago during his retrial.
Both men were found guilty on all counts in 2015, but the judge declared a mistrial.
