Big news was released for people trying to get into public housing in Nashville.
The waiting list has been set to open up this next week.
It opens on a first come, first served basis starting at noon Wednesday.
Those interested can only apply online to get on the waiting list, but if anyone needs help with that, MDHA staff will be available to help on three different days, including that Wednesday.
The waiting list is opening for one through five bedroom units at any of the eight traditional family properties.
