A Kingston Springs woman was killed in a crash in Williamson County.
Authorities with the National Park Service said the wreck happened around 5:53 p.m. Saturday near mile marker 424 on Natchez Trace Parkway.
According to a preliminary investigation, the wreck involved one vehicle that had crashed into trees.
The victim, identified as 49-year-old Debra J. Bracken, died at the scene.
Reports stated U.S. Park Rangers, as well as officials with the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office, Williamson County EMS, Williamson County Fire, and the Davidson County Medical Examiner responded to the crash.
Officials said the cause was still under investigation.
