Police were called to an apartment complex in Antioch after a gunman robbed a woman.
The call went out just before 6:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Waterford Crossings Apartment complex on Crossings Boulevard.
Officials with Metro Nashville Police said the suspect was armed with a silver pistol.
He approached a woman who had just gotten home from work and demanded her purse.
She was not hurt.
Police said a suspect description was limited at this time.
