One of the three people charged with killing a Nashville tourist was arraigned on a charge of first-degree murder.

Joseph Santillan went before Judge Steve Dozier by video arraignment Wednesday.

The judge gave Santillan more time to find an attorney while he remains in jail.

He was charged with the shooting death of tourist Teddy Grasset.

The other two suspects, Andy Nunez and Daniela Cruz, were arrested last week in Raleigh, North Carolina.

They have not yet been returned to Nashville, and the D.A. Wednesday told NewsChannel5 he didn't know when they would get into town.
