Officials with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation asked for the public's help in their search for a man added to the Top 10 Most Wanted list.
Edgar Torres-Rangel is wanted on a charge of vehicular homicide.
The TBI and Tennessee Highway Patrol has offered a reward totaling $5,000 for information leading to his arrest.
