NASHVILLE, Tenn. - A 21-year-old man was arrested and charged in the 2016 fatal shooting of Omar Dante Lindsey.
The shooting happened in November of 2016. Lindsey was shot and killed at Southwood Park Apartments on Glastonbury Road.
Kendre Shields, 21, was indicted and charged with first-degree murder and especially aggravated robbery.
Lindsey, who was 30 years old at the time, was shot while behind the wheel of a Chevrolet Impala.
According to police officials, Shields' motive was connected to a drug-related robbery. He was booked into jail with a bond set at $150,000.
