Officers with the Clarksville Police Department have arrested a man for taking pictures of a woman while she shopped.
The victim told police a man later identified as Anthony Murphy followed her around the Hobby Lobby for 20 minutes.
She could hear him taking pictures of her with his phone. Murphy gave officers consent to search his phone, where they found recently deleted footage of the victim.
He was charged with simple assault and tampering with evidence, but more counts could be coming.
