NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — A man was arrested for public indecency in downtown Nashville yesterday.
According to officials, Thomas Harrell walked down 3rd Avenue South near Broadway without any pants or underwear on.
Police said Harrell also strongly smelled of alcohol and had bloodshot, watery eyes.
43-year-old Harrell was considered a danger to himself and the community. Police arrested him on charges of public indecency and public intoxication.
