A man, recently arrested for allegedly pulling a gun on a bank employee, has been arrested again for stalking.
Police in Franklin said 62-year-old Dennis Caudill was out on bond after being arrested on December 5 for the incident in the parking lot of a bank.
He was arrested again Sunday and charged with stalking.
Caudill had been banned from another downtown business after reportedly making employees uncomfortable.
On Sunday, authorities said he was seen looking into that same business’ window.
When he started to enter the business, he was stopped by an officer who had been patrolling in that area.
Caudill was charged with stalking and was released from the Williamson County Jail on a $15,000. He was scheduled to appear in court on the new charge at 1 p.m. on December 21.
