CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — An investigation got underway early Thursday morning in Clarksville after a man was found dead in a parking lot at the health department building.
An employee arrived at the location on Pageant Lane around 4:45 a.m. and found a man lying on the ground.
Officers responded and found the man dead. They said there were no obvious signs of foul play.
Police said the case is being investigated as a homicide, which is standard procedure with an unattended death.
