An 18-year-old was found guilty of the aggravated rape and robbery of an 85-year-old woman.
Chriteris Allen, of Jackson, was arrested and charged in December 2017.
In November of 2017, Allen forced the woman to perform oral sex on him, raped her then stole the woman's cell phone and money.
On Tuesday, the now 86-year-old victim showed great strength to testify in open court and face her attacker. After deliberating for a few hours, a jury found him guilty on both charges.
At sentencing Allen faces up to 85 years in prison. He was also scheduled to stand trial for other attacks in Jackson, Tennessee.
