A Nashville father pleaded guilty to child endangerment after a toddler accidentally shot himself.
Tommy Washington will be on probation for the next year.
In May, a toddler at James Cayce Homes found a gun and accidentally shot himself. Thankfully, the gunshot only grazed the child's face.

The gun had been left on a bed. According to reports, the 18-month-old wandered away from the dad while he was caring for all four children inside the home at the time.
