A man was recovering after being shot in the Metrocenter area of Nashville during an alleged drug deal.
Officials with the Metro Nashville Police Department said the man showed up at the Exxon gas station on Rosa Parks Boulevard around 3 a.m. Saturday.
The man told police he was trying to buy drugs when another man shot him in the leg. The shooting had reportedly happened around midnight.
He was taken to the hospital and was expected to survive. The investigation remained ongoing.
