FAYETTEVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — A man wanted for kidnapping and auto theft was arrested after being added to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation's Top 10 Most Wanted list.
Fayetteville Police Department officers searched for Terry Dewayne Taylor Tuesday. He took 29-year-old Chelsea Riihimaa, who has cerebral palsy and can't speak, on Monday.
They were last seen in a gold, 2003 Toyota Four Runner with Tennessee tags. The TBI offered a $2,500 reward for information leading to his arrest.
Officers arrested Taylor in Sheffield, Alabama. Riihimaa is safe and investigators are working to reconnect her with her mother.
