March 3 tornadoes: Impacted counties have 2 more weeks to apply for FEMA assistance

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Residents in Davidson, Putnam and Wilson County have two weeks left to apply for Federal Emergency Management Agency assistance following the deadly March 3 tornadoes.

Those who have insured losses due to the tornadoes must register with FEMA by May 4.

You can register online by clicking here, downloading the FEMA app, or calling 800-621-3362, or 800-462-7585 TTY.

May 4 is also the last day to apply to the U.S. Small Business Administration for disaster loans related to physical property damage. The SBA deadline for economic injury from the tornadoes is December 7.
