NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Tennessee Titans quarterback Marcus Mariota may have been picked second in the NFL Draft, but his number eight jersey was the top seller last month.
According to CBS Sports, Mariota was number one in jersey sales in the first month it was available.
Top draft pick and QB for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Jameis Winston, came in second for merchandise sales.
Rounding out the top three was Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, who according to ESPN, has worn the same jersey for the past 15 years.
Meanwhile, former Tennessee Vol Peyton Manning came in at number 10. Surprisingly, Tim Tebow, recently acquired by the Philadelphia Eagles ended up at 15.
Mariota and Winston will go head-to-head in week one as the Titans take on the Buccaneers in Tampa Bay.
