Mayor Megan Barry unveiled an interactive website of the city’s 2017 operating budget.
The website was announced Tuesday, and it provides an opportunity for anyone to give feedback on potential projects.
The site immediately gives simple instructions, helpful tips and explanations to users when the page loads.
Users can also balance their own Nashville budget by adding and subtracting money in priority areas.
The mayor said she unveiled the website so that all Nashvillians could feel confident in how the office spends taxpayer dollars.
