Children of the Cheatham Place neighborhood unveiled their own murals for a new construction site.
The kids spent their spring break creating eight murals for the Metro Development and Housing Authority's newest site.
The project on Jefferson Street will house 54 apartment units and was scheduled to be complete by next Spring.
The murals made by kids as young as 6 years old are helping brighten the neighborhood already.
