"Once we witness a child doing a good deed in their community we're able to reward that child by not only a handshake in appreciation but also an ice cream cone," said Sgt. Ricky Bearden with Metro Nashville Police Department.
Sgt. Bearden has been handing out "tickets" to kids, caught in the act of kindness.
