NASHVILLE, Tenn.(WTVF) — May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and the Metro Public Health Department wants the community to be aware of services offered, many for free.

Taking care of your mental health can mean many different things, and not every person needs the same resources.

And that being supportive of someone - through a meal, a shared experience or even swim lessons can make all the difference.
