A month-long drug investigation led to an arrest of a convicted sex offender.
Officers with the Metro Nashville Police Department seized drugs, more than 5$,000 in cash, a vehicle, and a stolen gun from Michael Campbell's home on Lutie Street.
He's facing several charges in addition to violating the sex offender registry for not disclosing his vehicle information.
He was charged with felony drug possession, weapon possession during the commission of a felony, unlawful gun possession during the commission of a felony drug offense, and theft.
At the time of his arrest, Campbell was wearing a GPS monitoring device on his ankle as a probated convicted sex offender.
Additionally, a warrant has been issued against Campbell for violating the sex offender registry for not disclosing his vehicle information.
