NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — A Nashville Symphony concert that is part of a monthly concert series is streaming tonight at 7:30.

The monthly series is called Play On at St. George's, and is a new addition to and part of St. George's Episcopal Church's In Excelsis concert series.

Play On at St. George's is meant to provide quality music to the Nashville community while also providing financial support to the musicians of the Nashville Symphony, who have been furloughed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

“St. George’s has a reputation for excellent music and worship events, as well as strong outreach in the community,” Dr. Woosug Kang, director of music ministries at St. George's Episcopal Church, said. “This new series is an indication of our desire to enrich lives through music, support local artists, and be contributing members of our community.”

These monthly concerts are streamed, and free to watch. They also have a limited in-person audience.
