MT. JULIET, Tenn. (WTVF) — A suspect is on the run after an armed robbery in Mt. Juliet Sunday afternoon.
Police say the incident took place in the Silver Springs neighborhood on Karen Drive. They say a Hispanic male teenager approached a man outside around 2:20 p.m., demanding cash and pointing a handgun.
The suspect drove off in a black Scion car, going south on Benders Ferry Road.
Officers ask any local residents check their home surveillance for suspicious activity.
