FRANKLIN, Tenn. (WTVF) — Franklin Police Department officials announced they would be closing multiple streets on Halloween to make room for kids trick or treating.
Officials said in a press release that while they're not sure just how many people will decide to celebrate this year, officers will be out to make sure everyone stays safe.
West Main Street and Fair Street will be blocked at 8th and 11th Avenue and 9th Avenue between Natchez Street and 96W from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday, October 31.
