MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WTVF) — The 911 and non-emergency lines in Murfreesboro are now functioning properly after the Christmas Day explosion in downtown Nashville.
Murfreesboro police said Friday the public should dial 911 for emergencies and 615-893-1311 for any on-emergency related calls.

The blast, which rocked 2nd Avenue one week ago, caused massive AT&T outages across Tennessee and Kentucky. The impacts were widespread and affected calls, texts, internet, television and credit card systems.
