MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WTVF) — A Murfreesboro family trying to spread holiday cheer got a surprise they never expected last week after an Amazon delivery driver started dancing on their front door step. Their Ring camera captured the driver's every move.
Sarah Barnes and her family had left out of a box of snacks and Capri Sun's for delivery drivers who are working overtime right now ahead of Christmas. Barnes said she was inspired to leave the box of treats out after seeing friends post similar ideas on social media.
Last week while she was a work, Barnes got a notification that her Ring camera had been activated. She went back to look at the video and is still smiling about what she saw.
Amazon delivery driver Kyle walked up to the family's front door step. As soon as he saw the box full of snacks, Kyle started dancing. Filled with apparent holiday joy, Kyle can also be heard saying "they got snacks!" before very excitedly reaching into the box and grabbing a Capri Sun.
The entire ordeal lasted no more than a minute and ended with Kyle taking the gifts that had been left for him, turning away and dancing back to his Amazon delivery truck.
