Undercover Nashville detectives across eight separate precincts charged 88 people with mostly drug and prostitution offenses this week.
The arrests were made in various Nashville areas, including those surrounding Charlotte Pike, Old Hickory Blvd., Nolensville Pike, Trinity Lane, Murfreesboro Pike, Donelson Pike, Lafayette Street and Dickerson Pike.
Evidence seized in the arrests includes marijuana, heroin, ecstasy, methamphetamine and cocaine, as well as several weapons.
The Midtown Hills, North, South, East, West, Hermitage, Madison and Central precincts were all involved in making the arrests.
Anybody suspecting drug activity in their area is asked to call the police department's 244-3673 (DOPE) hotline. Callers can remain anonymous.
