NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Metro Police have arrested a 37-year-old Nashville father after they say he took sexually explicit photos of himself with his infant daughter.
Officials say the pictures were found on Michael Delk’s cellphone during a domestic violence case involving his wife.
Police were called to the Roadway Inn on Murfreesboro Pike in the early morning hours of July 18th for a domestic assault call against Delk’s wife. Delk was arrested and during a follow up investigation officers were made aware of sexually explicated pictures on Delk’s cellphone involving his 3-month-old daughter.
Investigators say they also found 32 pictures involving other children engaged in sexual activity.
Delk is behind bars on $76,000 bond. More charges are expected.
