The Nashville Fire Department welcomed its newest members, including a certified arson dog.

He's been trained to sniff out materials that can help start fires.
Arson attorneys say he's a big help in cases that don't have a lot of physical evidence left. Spencer will work with human investigator Mark Sells.
More than 400 arson dog teams work in the United States and Canada.
