With CMA Fest and Bonnaroo, this weekend and Monday are expected to be some of the busiest days at the airport.
Nashville International Airport representatives said they expect 22,300 people to fly out of Nashville on Sunday.
On Monday, it looks like some 26,500 people will be leaving, and they said that’s a six-percent increase over the previous year.
On an average day, 19,000 passengers are screened at the security checkpoint.
