NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — One of Nashville's Mayoral candidates, John Ray Clemmons, showed his commitment to the arts with a free concert at Exit/In.

The concert and listening session focused on how to better support Nashville's creative communities and small business owners.

The State Representative emphasized making sure the city's growth doesn't push them out. Clemmons also said solving traffic problems will define his first term in office.

He will face current Mayor David Briley and former Vanderbilt professor Carol Swain later this year.
