NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — La Vergne Police officers arrested a 19-year-old wanted by the Metro Nashville Police Department in connection to a shooting and robbery in Nashville.

La Vergne Police officials did not release the 19-year-old's identity. In a press released, they said the man was spotted in a stolen vehicle in a Kroger parking lot Tuesday.

The man and vehicle matched the description out of Nashville for a robbery suspect and stolen car involved in multiple robberies, one of which included a shooting.

La Vergne officers to the suspect into custody without incident, and found a weapon in the vehicle. He faces multiple charges in both La Vergne and Nashville.
