Many users of the popular streaming service Netflix were unable to access the service Tuesday evening as a glitch prevented people from watching streaming videos.
Netflix first reported the problem to its users at 7:44 p.m. Eastern time Tuesday. Less than an hour later, Netflix tweeted that it had resolved the problem and users should not experience any more interruptions to service.
Users reported on Twitter that the service would freeze after videos were 25 percent loaded.
Netflix has 69 million members.
